County Executive Brian Hughes announced that the State of NJ has awarded a $750,000 matching grant to Mercer County to restore the historic Noah Hunt Farmstead in Mercer County Park Northwest.
Among other uses, the restored Hunt House is likely to serve as the headquarters for the Lawrence Hopewell Trail. The hard work of LHT Trustee Leslie Floyd, and her colleagues in the County Planning Department, played a large part in securing the grant.
