Section 8 – Mercer Meadows County Park – Pole Farm Section


Description: The entire 1,000+ acre park, formerly known as Mercer County Park Northwest is being given a new look. When completed it will encompass Rosedale Park, Curlis Lake and the Equestrian Center with the LHT passing through all the sections.   The LHT will connect many sections of the new park but there will also be other trails and specific areas highlighting the parks historic telecommunications, industrial and agricultural uses as well as its many spectacular natural areas. Construction in some areas has already begun. Check back for regular updates. This section runs from  Keefe Road to Blackwell Road in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Status: Open to pedestrian traffic, hybrid, trail or mountain bikes recommended as not all sections are paved and construction is underway.  Trail open. Marked in BLUE. Access note: Cold Soil Road from Lawrenceville has wide shoulders , bike lanes and sidewalks to the corner of Keefe Road.

Surfacing: Mowed path, stone driveway, pavement and packed earth; off-road.
